We then provide you with a full ESG & Sustainability review report, a materiality report which identifies key themes to focus your efforts, together with a sustainability roadmap which gives you recommendations and actions.
2. Strategy
Devising a clear sustainability strategy is a vital part of the process — it allows you to set ambitious goals then commit your business towards achieving them. These targets and the strategy to achieve them should be clear, concise and communicable and you need to involve all the relevant stakeholders.
Getting buy-in from investors, staff, clients, suppliers and management is an important element of our sustainability strategies. Once we’ve worked with you to define your strategy we then compile your strategy document.
3. Implementation
Implementing a corporate sustainability strategy requires commitment to the process, as well as flexibility to adjust the approach .
